1. Our Services
FewMetrics provides the following digital marketing services:
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO)
- Google Ads management and Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising
- Meta Ads management (Facebook and Instagram)
- WordPress website management
- Social media management
- White-label digital marketing services for agencies
Before any work begins, we agree on the specific services, deliverables, timeline, and monthly fee in writing through email or a service agreement. These Terms apply to all such work.
2. Starting Work
Work begins once both of the following conditions are met:
- We have agreed on the scope of services and fee in writing (email is sufficient)
- We have received your first payment
You are responsible for providing accurate information during onboarding. If you provide incorrect access credentials, wrong campaign goals, or inaccurate business information, we are not responsible for any resulting issues with the work.
3. Your Responsibilities as a Client

| Account ownership | You must own or have authority over all accounts and platforms you give us access to. |
| Legal compliance | Your business, products, and services must be legal in the markets you operate in. We will not create content for illegal businesses or products. |
| Accurate information | Provide truthful information about your business, customers, and marketing history. Good strategy requires accurate information. |
4. Payments
4.1 Retainer fees
Monthly retainer fees are invoiced at the beginning of each month. Payment is due within 7 days of the invoice date. We accept bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS for Indian clients) and international wire or online transfer for overseas clients.
4.2 Ad spend is completely separate
4.3 Late payment
If an invoice is unpaid after 14 days from the due date, we reserve the right to pause active campaigns and services until payment is received. We will notify you before doing so.
4.4 GST (Indian clients)
Fees quoted to Indian clients are exclusive of GST. Applicable GST will be added to invoices. International clients are not charged Indian GST but are responsible for any taxes that apply in their own country.
4.5 Refunds
Monthly retainer fees are non-refundable once work for that month has started. If you are dissatisfied with our work, please contact grow@fewmetrics.com immediately. We will work to address the issue promptly.
5. Cancellation
All FewMetrics services run on a month-to-month basis with no minimum contract period, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
To cancel: Send written notice to grow@fewmetrics.com at least 14 days before your next invoice date. You will not be charged for the following month.
On cancellation, we will:
- Complete any work already in progress for the current paid period
- Deliver a final report covering the engagement
- Remove our access from all your platforms within 5 business days
- Return all files and credentials we hold on your behalf
6. Platform Access and Security
When you grant us access to your advertising accounts, website, or analytics platforms:
- We access these accounts only to carry out the agreed services
- We do not share your credentials with anyone outside our operation
- We recommend using platform-level user roles (e.g. Google Ads "Standard Access") rather than sharing master passwords
- You retain full ownership of all accounts and platforms at all times
- We store all credentials in a secure password manager — never in plain text
7. Content and Intellectual Property
Content we create for you
Blog posts, ad copy, reports, landing page copy, and all other content created specifically for your project become your property once all outstanding invoices are paid in full.
Our methods and frameworks
Our internal processes, strategy frameworks, SOPs, and working methods remain the property of FewMetrics at all times and are not part of any deliverable.
Materials you provide
Logos, images, and brand materials you share with us remain your property. By providing them, you confirm you own or have the right to use them. We are not responsible for copyright issues caused by materials you provide to us.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to treat each other's confidential information with care and discretion.
- We will not share your campaign data, business performance figures, client details, or strategic information with anyone outside our business.
- White-label clients: We operate as your silent delivery partner and will not contact your end clients directly or reveal our involvement in your services to any third party.
This confidentiality commitment continues after our engagement ends.
9. No Results Guarantee
Digital marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, including search engine algorithm changes, platform policy updates, competitor behaviour, market conditions, and your own product quality and pricing. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, lead volumes, or return on ad spend.
What we do commit to:
- Applying professional, current best practices to your account at all times
- Being transparent with you about what is working and what is not
- Proactively recommending changes when results need to improve
- Delivering reports on the agreed schedule with honest, accurate data
Any projections or estimates we share during discussions are based on experience and available data. They are not contractual commitments or guarantees.
10. Platform Policy Compliance
We follow the advertising and content policies of every platform we work on, including:
- Google: Google Ads policies and Google Publisher Policies
- Meta: Meta Advertising Standards and Platform Terms
- Microsoft: Microsoft Advertising (Bing Ads) editorial guidelines
We will not create or run advertising that violates these policies, even if requested. If we believe something you ask us to do would violate a platform policy, we will explain why and offer an alternative. We are not liable for account suspensions or ad rejections caused by content or business practices on your side that conflict with platform rules.
11. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for:
- Google or Meta algorithm or policy changes that affect your campaign performance
- Your website going down due to hosting issues not under our management
- Conversion rate problems caused by your product, pricing, or sales process
- Results during the first 30 to 60 days of a new campaign (the standard learning phase)
- Outcomes caused by inaccurate information provided during onboarding
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Indian law, including the Indian Contract Act 1872, our total financial liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for any indirect losses, loss of profit, loss of data, or consequential damages arising from our services.
12. Disputes
We hope this section is never needed. If a disagreement arises, the following process applies:
- Contact us first Email grow@fewmetrics.com with the subject "Dispute." We will respond within 7 business days and attempt to resolve the issue through direct conversation.
- Mediation If direct conversation does not resolve the matter within 30 days, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing any legal action.
- Legal proceedings If mediation fails, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in India. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Indian Contract Act 1872, the Information Technology Act 2000, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023.
For clients outside India: this does not affect any statutory rights you hold under consumer protection law in your own country.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or in applicable law. When we make material changes:
- We update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page
- We notify active clients by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect
- Continuing to use our services after the notice period means you accept the updated Terms
