Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (DPDP Act) and the DPDP Rules 2025, FewMetrics acts as a Data Fiduciary when we collect and process your personal information. This means we are responsible for how your data is used and protected.

We only collect information that is genuinely necessary to respond to your enquiries or to deliver our services.

When you fill out a contact form, request a free audit, or get in touch with us, you may share:

9. How We Protect Your Information
We follow the reasonable security practices required under India's DPDP Act 2023 and the Information Technology Act 2000. Specifically:
- All client communications use TLS-encrypted email (Google Workspace)
- Client platform credentials are stored only in a secure password manager — never in spreadsheets or plain text
- Client data is accessed only by Surya and is not shared with any subcontractors
- Platform access is removed promptly when an engagement ends
- We do not store your payment card or banking information
If we become aware of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you promptly in line with the DPDP Act 2023 breach notification requirements.
10. Your Rights Under the DPDP Act 2023
India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 gives you the following rights over your personal data:

11. Google, Meta, and Bing Compliance
Where FewMetrics manages advertising accounts on behalf of clients, we operate in full compliance with:
- Google's Publisher Policies and Google Ads policies
- Meta's Platform Terms and Advertising Standards
- Microsoft Advertising (Bing Ads) editorial and quality guidelines
Client advertising data accessed as part of our services is used solely to manage your campaigns and never for any other purpose.
12. Children's Privacy
Our services are designed for business owners and marketing professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. Under the DPDP Act 2023, processing data of individuals under 18 requires verifiable parental consent, which we are not set up to collect. If you believe a minor has submitted information through our website, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time when our practices change or when the law requires it. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If a change significantly affects how we handle your personal data, we will inform active clients directly by email.
